Once upon a time, there was a four year old girl named Susie who wanted to learn more about Jesus. She asked her mom and dad lots of questions about him, but they weren’t sure how to explain it to her.One day, Susie’s parents decided to take her to church so she could learn more about Jesus and what he taught. As they walked into the church, Susie wondered what it might be like inside.

She looked around in awe as she saw the beautiful stained glass windows, the ornate carvings, and all of the colors that filled the sanctuary. She couldn’t believe how grand it looked!

Then, something magical happened! A magical figure appeared in front of Susie and said “Hello! I am Jesus! I am here to tell you all about me and what I have done for you!”

Susie was amazed! She couldn’t believe someone as wonderful as Jesus was standing right there in front of her! He began telling her stories about his life and his love for people.

He also explained that he wanted everyone to love one another just like he loves them. He told her about how he healed people who were sick or hurt, and how he taught people to be kind to each other no matter what difference they had between them in life.

After a while, Jesus got up and began walking away from Susie but then stopped and turned around with a twinkle in his eye and said “Remember Susie, always remember that I will always love you no matter where you go or what you do."

With those words still ringing in her ears, Susie felt as if the world had gone quiet all around her as she just stood there stunned by this conversation with Jesus himself! Later that night when she went home she knew that everything was different now; she had learned something very special about Jesus that day: He loves everyone and wants us all to love one another too!

Now every night before bedtime, Susie prays to Jesus with all of her heart asking him for protection during the night and thanking him for teaching her so much about love through His life here on earth.

After saying goodnight prayers with Mommy or Daddy every night before bedtime, Susie often looks up at the stars twinkling above in the sky and remembers back on that special day at church when Jesus made time just for little old her – now THAT was something special indeed!

Every time she thinks back on it a big smile crosses over her face because she knows deep down inside that no matter what happens God is always there looking after us – especially little ones like herself – even if we can’t see Him with our eyes – He is still right beside us giving us strength when we need it most…and reminding us to always remember His great big LOVE!.

And so goodnight little ones…may your dreams be filled with magic moments from heaven above…just like our friend little four year old Susie experienced one day at church when Jesus appeared before her wanting nothing more than for this precious child of His to know just how much He loved them each & every single day…Amen 💕
